What happens at a limit?
Today, creating a channel past your plan's allowance is refused with a clear error; existing channels keep working. We will warn before any other limit starts being enforced.
Is there an SLA?
Not during the beta, and we will not claim one until monitoring and capacity support it. Enterprise agreements will carry one.
What counts as a message?
When message metering ships, a message is each event you send to a channel. Presence heartbeats and reconnects will not count.
Can I self-host?
Self-hosted and dedicated deployments are an Enterprise option. Tell us what you need.
Do the apps cost extra?
Apps built on the platform price themselves: Rooms has host plans and BlockParty has a Host Pass. Guests and players always join free.
