"Step aside" disconnects this tab on purpose. If it was the host, watch another tab take over — host migration is the part of the system nobody can normally see happening.
Each app joins a room of its own — the channel plus its name. Leave this blank to
watch the bare channel, or type an app (whiteboard, chess)
to join the room that app is actually in.
Inspecting a room makes this tab a peer in it, and can affect host election
there.
